The 4 ships in the Fantasia Class were built in pairs and there are some differences between the two pairs. MSC-Fantasia and MSC-Splendida were built first followed by MSC-Divina and MSC-Preziosa. The differences between the pairs are the size of the central Hump and the size of the cabins on the Hump, the number of In Hull balconies, and the size of the Top Sail Lounge. The cabins on MSC-Fantasia and MSC-Splendida are shorter and wider than the same cabins on MSC-Divina and MSC-Preziosa.

This is the last ship in the Fantasia-class and is one of the largest in the fleet. There are 1751 staterooms and the decks are named after precious stones and minerals.

The Golden Lobster Restaurant- main dining room, all 3 meals, traditional meals and wines
L’Arabesque Restaurant- main dining room, Mediterranean cuisine, all 3 meals
La Locanda- wine bar and italian specialty with ala carte charge
Butchers Cut- American steakhouse with open kitchen, indoor/outdoor seating
Sports and Bowling Diner- sports bar with bowling lanes, ala carte
Inca & Maya- buffet restaurants with plenty of food options
La Palmeraie- For MSC Yacht Club members only, all 3 meals
Galaxy Lounge and Sky & Stars Disco- ala carte specialty for lunch and dinner, nightclub

Nightly entertainment can be found at the Platinum Theatre which offers grand productions twice per night, The Preziosa Atrium, Phoenician Plaza, The Green Sax Bar, Safari Lounge, and the Casino and Poker Room.

Children and teens have plenty to keep them busy with their own age-appropriate clubs and pool areas, plus for all ages is a 4D cinema, Sports Center, Aqua Park, Virtual game arcade, F1 Simulator, fitness center, and Cybercafe. Adults have an exclusive solarium with a garden and tiki bar, as well as Aurea Spa which offers 2 steam rooms, 4 saunas, hot tubs, heated pool, treatment rooms, and beauty salon. For Yacht Club members there is also a private pool area and bar.
