During Oct 2015 drydock Disney added Satellite Falls to the forward part of deck 13. This is a exclusive area for adults featuring a circular splash pool with benches and gently falling rain curtain.

Advanced use of technology on this ship includes virtual portholes in some cabins, digital paintings that come to life when you look at them, and interactive magic play floors.

Disney also enhanced the Oceaneer Club with a Star Wars theme. Vanellopes Sweets & Treats was added to deck 11. This will feature homemade gelato and ice cream and an assortment of candy. On deck 5 midship Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique was added.

There are 3-themed main dining restaurants on board called, Animators Palate, Enchanted Garden, and Royal Palace. Adults-only specialty restaurants are, Remy (French cuisine) and Palo (Italian cuisine). There is also a casual dining spot called, The Cabanas that has several buffet stations, and Flos Cafe, which offers burgers and pizza.

One of the main reason families continue to visit Disney ships is because of the fabulous children counselors that run the kids and teens clubs. Children 0-17 each have a separate place to play and learn with children their own age.

While the kids are enjoying the many activities, the adults can check out any of the adults-only entertainment venues which includes plenty of lounges and bars as well as a Quiet Cove Pool and the Spa & Fitness Center. Families together can enjoy the main production shows in the Walt Disney Theme Theater. There is also an arcade, family pool, outdoor LED movie screen, and mini-golf course.
