The abbreviation Carnival uses for this ship is RD.

As Carnival Victory during 2015 dry dock, the sports bar was changed to Skybox Sports Bar. The wine bar was changed to Alchemy Bar.

As Carnival Victory, during drydock Jan 4 to 20, 2018 added Guys Burger, Blue Iguana Cantina, Red Frog Rum Bar, Blue Iguana Tequila Bar. Also added 6 scenic Oceanview cabins and 2 captains suites to the forward part of the Lido Deck. As part of this addition 2 Junior Suites were converted to Handicap balcony cabins.

In April 2020 name was changed to Carnival Radiance. Stateroom changes on deck 10 included 6 new balcony cabins, 4 new inside cabins and removal of 4 picture window cabins. On deck 11 5 new balcony cabins were added and 2 new inside cabins were added. Cabins on deck 10 and 11 were renumbered. Added 24 Oceanview, 23 inside, 4 balcony and 2 extended grand suites to the aft of deck 5.

Carnival Radiance transformation completed 10/18/21 included routine hotel maintenance. New red, white and blue hull design and paint scheme. 110 new guest suites and staterooms. Liquid Lounge, Java Blue Café, Limelight Lounge, Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, RedFrog Pub, Piano Bar 88, Bonsai Sushi, Big Chicken Restaurant, Pizzeria del Capitano, Carnival Waterworks, Cucina del Capitano, Dedicated Chefs Table, Heroes Tribute Bar, Guys Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse, SportSquare (SkyCourse, basketball court, jogging track, ping pong, foosball, pool tables and nine-hole miniature golf course) Cloud 9 Spa and Cloud 9 Spa Staterooms, Expanded Retail Spaces.

Dining options on board include 2 main dining rooms Atlantic, and Pacific. For a more casual meal, the Mediterranean Lido deck has various food stations as a buffet during the day, and it turns into a bistro in the evenings. Guys Pig and Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse, Big Chicken, and BlueIguana Cantina are more unique offerings, but still on the casual side. More unique and fine dining options include Fahrenheit 555 (steakhouse),Cucina del Capitano (Italian), and Bonsai Sushi. Chefs Table is for the foodies curious about how the ships Galley (kitchen) feeds so many people. For $75 per person, youll be able to meet the head chef and tour the galley, as well as dine on a multi-course meal at a private table, while watching the chefs at work.

Nightly entertainment can be found at the Caribbean Theater which offers grand scale productions, and during the day also offers game shows. Other bar, lounges, and entertainment venues include:

The children and teens will have plenty to do on this ship with Camp Carnival, which is a lounge area with supervised activities; Circle C which has video games, parties, movies, and planned activities; and Club 02 which is a teens lounge that offers karaoke, video games, and themed parties. They can also check out the Aqua Park which has a twister water slide and play area, the 24-hour video arcade, and the sports court and mini golf course.

Adults have their very own Serenity area which has a whirlpool, bar, and sunbathing area with loungers. They also can enjoy time at the Spa Complex, which offers steam rooms, saunas, whirlpool, treatment rooms, a beauty salon, and fitness center.
