The abbreviation Carnival uses for this ship is JB. Scheduled for inauguration December 2023. This is the third ship in the XL-class. One of the first ships to have an on board roller coaster. It is electric and allows 2 riders to race along in motorbike-like vehicles.

There are 6 themed zones/neighborhoods on board including Grand Central, Currents, Lido-Pool, The Shores, Summer Landing, and The Ultimate Playground.

There are a total of 2641 staterooms on board in 22 different categories. All guests in suites offer a VIP amenities package including priority boarding/debarkation, bottled water upon arrival, priority seating, and plush bathrobes. A new premium category Carnival Excel Suites offer extra VIP amenities like guaranteed specialty dining times, concierge phone line, complimentary room service, laundry, and bottomless soda package. Also included is exclusive access to the Loft 19, which is an open-air sun deck.

Nightly entertainment can be found all over the ship. The Jubilee Theater is the main show lounge and offers grand-style productions. The Family Harbor Lounge is decicated to families and has 24-hour complimentary dining, movies, video games, board games, and a babysitting service. The Golden Mermaid bar lounge is a music-themed venue with live performances and hand-crafted cocktails. There is also a comedy club with karaoke, a piano bar with themed music nights, a cuban cafe with live latin music as well as a disco/nightclub, a casino, and The Limelight Lounge which offers live evening entertainment by a variety of entertainers.

Outdoor activities can be found at The Ultimate Playground neighborhood. There is a Skyride, Skycourse, and Sportsquare which has an indoor hangout, mini-bowling, mini-golf course, The Clubhouse, Ping-Pong area with tables, jogging track, interactive sports gaming, and arcade basketball. Waterworks is a large aquapark with waterslides, racing slide, tipping bucket), and the Ultimate Sea Coaster.

Children and teens also have their very own dedicated clubs and lounges which offer age-appropriate activities and programs. There is also a video arcade, and a Creative Cove which offers arts and crafts and workshops. Dr Seuss Bookville is a family-themed indoor playground with fun games and activities. There is a theater/outdoor cinema for movie nights.

Adults can enjoy some private time at the Loft 19, which is a VIP space that has sunbathing area with fully-stocked cabanas (extra fee). They also will enjoy the complimentary Serenity Retreat which has 2 whirlpools, bar, and sunbathing area. The Spa and Fitness Center offer some great options as well.
