A May 2019 plan to add 5 new suites to forward part of Lido deck was cancelled.
In May 2019 added The Retreat area for suite guests including an exclusive sundeck and lounge (formerly Michaels Club). Qsine replaced Silk Harvest. The Passport Bar was updated. The Craft Social (formerly Gastrobar) was added. Staterooms and suites were refreshed and new king-sized Cashmere mattresses added.
There are 1426 staterooms on board, with the largest being the Penthouse Suites.

One of the most unique shows on board is the Hot Glass Show which is live glass blowing.
Daytime entertainment for children and teens can be found at their age appropriate clubs and lounges as well as the Video games arcade, Multi-sports outdoor court, Mini-golf, pickleball, family pool, and WetZone. Camp at Sea also offers S.T.E.M.-focused activations and first-at-sea programming with a partnership with the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science.
Adults can enjoy time at the adults-only Solarium which has a Thalassotherapy pool, seawater lap pool, and 2 whirlpools. There is also an Aquaspa & Fitness complex with a Persian Garden (Thermal Suite, steam room, sauna, heated loungers), treatment rooms, beauty salon, and bar.
