- On deck 3 converted Dining Room to American Icon Grille.
- On deck 4 converted Dining Room to Grande Restaurant and relocated Izumi to this deck from deck 16.
- On deck 6 added 9 inside cabins and converted Ritas to Sabor.
- On deck 7 added 2 inside cabins.
- On deck 8 added 7 inside cabins.
- On deck 9 added 2 inside cabins.
- On deck 10 added 3 inside cabins.
- On deck 11 added 2 inside cabins and 2 aft Aqua Suites.
- On deck 12 replaced Presidential Suite with 2 Royal Family Suites. Added 2 inside cabins. Replaced Royal Suite with 6 superior balcony cabins. Added 2 Aqua Suites.
- On deck 14 added 2 inside cabins and 2 Aqua Suites.
- On deck 17 added 2 Suites and removed public Viking Crown viewing lounge converting it to a Suite only space. Added Coastal Kitchen (a Suite only dining room).
In February 2021 the ship had a MINOR refurbishment that was limited to replacing carpet in the staterooms and raising up the bed frames. Some technical issues were also addressed.
There are 2745 staterooms on board with the largest being the Royal Loft Suite.

El Loco Fresh- fast food bar that offers made-to-order tacos, burritos, quesadillas, salads, salsas.
This ship offers the Dreamworks Experience, which is themed programming in partnership with the Walt Disney Company. This includes meet and greets with characters and a character breakfast, themed games, and movie showings. Nightly entertainment can be found at the Amber Theater which offers grand productions, and the AquaTheatre which has water shows. There is a comedy club, and indoor skating rink which also has ice shows, a 2-deck high dancing lounge with live music, a casino, a Latin lounge and bar, and a disco club and lounge.
Children and teens will have plenty to do at their very own age-appropriate clubs and lounges, including the Adventure Science Lab, Imagination Studio, and Kids Avenue. Splashaway Bay is a family outdoor playground and waterpark with waterslides, splash pad, and water-play. Families will also enjoy time at the on board Escape Room, Playmakers arcade, the sports court with rock-climbing wall, Golf Course, Zip Line, and the many waterslides and pool options.
Adults will enjoy some private time at the Solarium which is exclusive for adults and has a bar, pool, sundeck, and jacuzzis. There is also a spa and fitness center.
Central Park is an outdoor relaxation zone within the ships interior. It features 20000+ live plants and pathways to walk through and check out all of the info on the trees and plants.
