Here are some tips that you should keep in mind when looking for cabins on this deck. There may be other issues that we haven't noted, and if you are aware of any issues we have not listed, please contact us and let us know so that we can add it to the list.

* The first few balconies on both sides of the ship will have the view to the side forward obstructed by the ship.
* Cabins that are indented (located where the deck is not as wide) will look down on lifeboats and other ship structures, but the view forward is good
* Cabins in the narrow part, close to where the deck first narrows will have the view from the balcony obstructed when looking to the side.
* Cabins 9094 and 9100 have small irregular shaped balconies
* Aft facing cabins have large balconies, but part of the balcony can be viewed by cabins above.
* A large part of the balcony of cabins 9197 and 9156 can be viewed by the terrace above and cabins on the side. The sides of the balcony are solid steel and therefore the view is restricted when sitting down
* The overhang on this ship from the deck above is very large, if you want to avoid the overhang from the deck above, choose cabin 9012, 9028, 9015, 9033
* All cabins on this deck are below public areas on the deck above. Most of the noise complaints come from the cabins in the aft underneath the terrace, cabins under the pool grill area and cabins forward underneath the fitness center.
* Balconies that face aft of ship tend to be warmer than other balconies during cold weather crusing.
* There is a large overhang from the deck above that will shade some of the balcony of cabins on this deck.

The cruise line separates the different categories (Inside, Oceanview, Balcony) into subcategories. The only difference in the subcategories is usually location on the ship. The detail above shows subcategory color, category name, and subcategory name. For detailed information, mouse over a cabin on the deck plans and a pop up window will appear. You will find diagrams, pictures and information about that cabin category including square footage and features.

Celebrity typically uses a letter and a number to designate the type of cabin. For example inside cabins start with the letter I, followed by a number. The lower the number the more desired the cabin location. The only exception to this are the single cabins which use the code IS. Ocean view cabins follow the same pattern and start with the letter O. Verandah cabins follow the same pattern and start with the letter V. Higher end verandah cabins end with the letter V. This includes Deluxe Verandah which uses the DV code and Sunset Verandahs which uses the SV code. Family size verandah staterooms use HS as the code. Concierge cabins begin with the letter C. The only exception to this is Sunset Concierge Cabins which use the letter SC. Aqua Class staterooms begin with the letter A.
